ICSI FBT planned

After a little advice. Early 2015 I underwent a FBT after a failed fresh cycle 5 months previous. As a result of the FBT I am currently looking at my toddler who is growing by the day! We have been to see about having a private FBT using our last frozen blasts. Paid the majority and lined up for July/Aug. Between now and then I’ve to ring with cycle start dates and ovulation dates as I had a natural cycle so no drugs. But I’m having no guidance from the clinic at all this time, I had way more as an NHS patient. Last time I rang with my dates I enquired about when I’d go for a scan as I seem to remember (still all a bit of a blur back then) I was going for scans to monitor ovulation etc. She said someone would ring me back if I needed one but no one rang. I feel as though this time as a paying patient no-one’s really guiding me. I ring with dates, leave a message and get a call back saying all received ring us next month. Do I pay for each phone call does anyone know? Is that why maybe they’re short and sweet to keep costs down? I’ve paid the majority of costs as we were billed after our initial consultation for most of it. I know cost of scan(s) are on top. I just feel this time completely out of the loop. Anyone else felt this on private compared to NHS?
