Dr told me my both tude are joints I hv TB in my past they suggest me leprocpy they separate my fallopian tube 2017 my Hsg report is my both tude are block I want to concive normally plz help me how to concive naturally I don't want ivf

Understand this is a stressful time. If they have suggested a laparoscopy have they not talked through what it involves and what it means? I understand that it is fairly straightforward. They would undertake keyhole surgery (most likely) and have a look around. Where possible they will unblock your tubes. I guess there may be a chance that they might have to take the tubes away HOWEVER they will speak with you beforehand to understand that you are comfortable with every part of the process and likely outcome.

Without the full knowledge of what is blocking your tubes it would be difficult for anyone to give advice on how they might have been able to unblock theirs naturally. Again, hopefully your doctor would be able to advise on this.
