Has anyone else had symptoms with Gonal F? I’m not sure if it’s just me being sensitive but I’m knackered and could sleep for a week and also feel very bloated and I’m only two days into stimms! I also have dull headaches 😞 I’ve been drinking water and taking paracetamol sparingly... any other ideas anyone can think of? Tia xx

I found having a bath helped with headaches and also getting enough sleep (which was very hard). You’re ok to have hot baths until egg collection x

I’ve been napping mid afternoon which normally I hate to do as it would stop me sleeping at night but not this time!! I’m more a shower person but might give it ago when my head starts to annoy me again, thanks! xx

Gonal-f made me really tired too - best thing is to rest as much as you can. Paracetamol only though for pain relief. Hopefully the bloating already means you have lots of lovely follicles growing. Good luck x

Fingers crossed for follicles growing and I feel like a champion sleeper who isn’t doing enough sleeping 😴 lol!! xx

I had absolutely nothing until after egg collection then I slept for about a week 😂😂😂 no joke couldn’t get my head off the pillow it hit me all at once I think lol x
