Good old AF actually came a day early im amazed lol.

As it was late on in the day my clinic told me to count day 1 as tomorrow, so i have my prostap injection to do in the morning. Not looking forward to it, the needle looks huge.

Hope i dont suffer too much, 1st time ive had to do any kind of down reging.

Any tips or advice most welcome

Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Paracetamol is fine if you get any headaches xx
