I’m on 25mg three times a day of dhea.

Royal jelly and ubiquinol can help too so could try those as well.

My base line scan had alot more follicles after I had been on the supplements. I have good amh but poor egg quality

Good luck with your journey xx

I Penny, I have read a few people mention Ubiquinol. What exactly is it for if you dont mind me asking? I have been making an amazing fertility smoothy with Royal Jelly and quite a few other ingredients that is also supposed to help. Wondering if I shoulf add Ubiquinol?

I haven’t had dizziness but I have experienced bad acne from it? I have only been taking a week. Have either of you had this? I am tempted to stop as I normally have very good skin and it’s slighrly depressing.

I have been putting off starting but think now is the time . I have read it could be good to start with a low dosage then work up to 75? Do you know if it’s best to start on cd1? Xx

I started on 75 as advised by doc hun. So far so good..actually think it has boosted my mood a touch 😊 xxx

That’s promising, I could do with a mood uplift ! I did a finger prick dhea test, it was 5.5 which is normal range so planning to start the pills on day 1 of my next period then do another finger prick test in around 6 wks time to make sure levels are still ok. I’m quite excited to be trying something new x
