Anyone are able to share their experience with me regarding on how to overcome over hyperstimualtion? My previous IVF failed as over stimulation with 150 units of Gonal F and on antagonist protocol as a result develope poor quality eggs and poor quality embryos which did not survive in the end. If anyone had success with high AMH in uk or any other clinic in Europe please share.Would be very appreciated.

I also have high amh due to having pcos. On our first ivf cycle I had 15-20 follicles on each ovary but we only got 10 eggs out of them and only 2 fertilized and they didn't make it. I had low expectations going into the second round (which we are in the middle of), and we used the same protocol (150 gonal f) but ended up with a much better result this time (16 fertilized, still waiting to find out how many survived 5 days . They won't do a fresh transfer though as I'm at risk of ohss from high stimulation so it's freeze all. Unfortunately I'm in New zealand so I can't recommend a european clinic but I guess I just want to tell you this to demonstrate that it's different every cycle. I really focussed on exercise and eating healthy in the lead up to this cycle. PCOS (which commonly causes high AMH) is associated with insulin resistance so leading the same lifestyle as someone with type 2 diabetes will help reduce the hormones associated with hyper stimulation.
Hey! I have exactly the same issue you as you - two cycles have failed now where I've produced over 30 eggs on the lowest dose (150) of Fostimon. We get embryos that don't last past day 3! So frustrating. I will DM you as I don't know if we can discuss clinics on here and would be keen to share knowledge.
