Reflexology and acupuncture at the same time

I am about to begin round 4 of a frozen embryo cycle (just waiting on mother nature to bring my period). I am feeling so anxious this time as the past 3 attempts have ended up breaking my heart. I began reflexology 4 weeks ago & am seriously considering acupuncture aswell (I've had it before). My question is....can you do both treatments alongside each other or is it best to do just one rather than both? I don't want one to un-do the good of the other if that makes sense.

I love the relaxation of reflexology & the calming side of acupuncture.

You can do both, just not on the same day as it would be too much. I’ve done both and they just say not on the same day x
