Acupuncture / reflexology?

Hi, anyone knows any good acupuncturist around Liverpool,Wirral,Chester or Manchester? I found few in google but just wondering if any one is from these area.how can I find out if they're good or not? I never had it before so thought it might help me with everything, physically and emotionally. which one is better acupuncture or reflexology?for getting a better result.

Also do you think it’s normal that I still have some pain! Not as bad a last week but still have period cramps every day😔

Hi I personally have had reflexology , and really think it benefits health and mood. Somebody else I know has had ivf 4 times twice successful pregnancies both times having accupunture. So I would recommend a combination which is my plan for next time. During the reflexology is usually a counselling session so ensure your reflexologist is also a trained counseller. Xxx
