Virtually a BFN after a BPF on Tuesday 😢

I kinda knew for the last week the tests were not showing strong enough but tested again this morning and my first response line is barely there. I think this is a chemical pregnancy. Does anyone know how long it takes to get period? X

Oh my love I’m so sorry for your loss.

I had a chemical pregnancy last summer and i got my period exactly 28 days after my miscarriage was completed. My period was much heavier- just a heads up.

You need to have a scan to be certain that there is no left over pregnancy content- usually with very early loss there isn’t but better safe than sorry. My GP refered me to EPU ( early pregnancy unit) when I experienced bleeding in my pregnancy- the scan was done when I would’ve been 6 weeks.

Thanks! I’m feeling pretty down right now after a missed miscarriage in December and now this! I don’t want to do the medical management again so hopeing that my period will come now my hormones are dropping! Going to take time to grieve and get my head around all this x
