Hi folks.
Are there any other born again Christians currently going through IVF or FET? Would love to be able to encourage each other through Gods word and help calm each other's fears. We are having FET next week for our first baby (hopefully).
Hi folks.
Are there any other born again Christians currently going through IVF or FET? Would love to be able to encourage each other through Gods word and help calm each other's fears. We are having FET next week for our first baby (hopefully).
Hi I'm not a born again Christian but I do find comfort in prayer and I really do wish you all the best and happiness
Thank you. You too. ❤️
Hello. Nice to see your post, though the title shocked me a bit. I'm a born again Christian, who believe in Jesus' Christ. I'm going through IVF and regularly praying for myself and people I know (both on this forum and elsewhere) who are trusting God for a child/ children.
I pray for God's favour and strength as you embark on FET. It's definitely easier with Christ on your side.
Side note; I hope you don't find it offensive, I would not categorise myself as an infertile Christian, instead I see it as part of a phase in life and our trials as a child of God. So maybe you can change the title 🙈☺ to reflect the hope we have in Christ Jesus.
We can all pray for each other no matter what our religion is. Some are religious and some are not but the support on here is certainly something that helps and in my eyes you can be pink with purple spots live on Mars as long as your kind you understand and you need support and offer support I'm all for it. I pray for each and every one of ladies and I'm a Muslim. Religion doesn't come into it for me. We're all struggling we ask for help and guidance from the Almighty and support each other on here the best we can. I'll keep you in my prayers as I do everyone
💗💗🤗😘😘
Religion comes in it for me as my belief is WHO I am. I pray for everyone regardless but I pray to God. I respect everyone's right to choose and I chose to ask for fellow Christians to chat and encourage each other. Rather strange comments from you to be honest.
No need to be shocked by the title. It wouldn't let me post the question and I chose to put that in. I am infertile and it's how I have been made and as sad and difficult as it is I accept it and am working through it. I just wanted to see if there were others of my belief to talk to. Obviously not and I'm saddened by the judgement of others.
It's not judgement but I think your post can be seen as offensive as we're all here due to infertility and your reaching out to born again Christians it's not a forum for born again Christians suffering from infertility it's a forum for women and men suffering from infertility despite of their religion we can all pray for one another and support one another that's all I'm saying if you just would prefer born again Christians to help you with your journey that's fine with me, I'm just putting it out there we are all very good on here supporting one another despite of religion. Didn't go out of my way to offend you but I do think your post could have offended others even born again Christians like kumkums. Wish you all the peace and love on your journey 💗🤗😘
Hidden , I'm sorry if I have offended you by what I said. Looking at the comments fairly, we never judged you and we won't. Please accept my sincere apologies. I wish you the best in the journey.
It’a a good supportive community and I hope you stay. Everyone here is respectful of anyone’s religion/race differences - we are all just here to support each other going through the battle of infertility. It can feel like a lonely journey with friends and family not understanding- here we get it completely and no judgment 😊 no one was having a go at you and I’m sorry if you’ve taken it that- definitely wasn’t intended. I think some ladies were upset you just wanted support from born again Christians- we are tight support group with various race and religious beliefs and that shouldn’t make a difference. Wishing you the very best on your journey xoxo
Yes I am my dear. All the best with your FET x
I am a born again Christian and by God’s grace I got a BFP after ICSI and another miracle tomorrow when I get to meet my little gift from the Almighty and see a heartbeat at 7 weeks. I however agree with Kumkums that as children of God we go through trials and God is always there to take us through them and out of them. This is one of the trials. I pray that your FET goes well and you get your miracle soon.
I have had amazing support from amazing ladies on this forum regardless of what their beliefs are and all the prayers and wishes have been amazing. I have given myself of praying for everyone on this forum and for me it does not matter whether one is my belief, a Muslim, non believer,...... I say a prayer every morning and night for us all. I requested for a prayer for my scan and the support I got from both religious and non religious was amazing. And I do appreciate and God will bless you all.
You have a choice on who you want to contact and whose support you want and who you want to go through this journey with and I am here if you need me but again all the lovely ladies on here would be very supportive when you need them. I will say a prayer for you everyday and just to add that religious or not , we are all children of God.
May God bless you during this ivf journey and may He have mercy on you. Remember God will never give us more than we can handle. Be blessed x
I hope my response will not offend anybody as it is just my personal experience but I find that post funny in a way. I am from a strict catholic family and on my way to and through IVF I actually feel let down by my church and religion. I am turning into an atheist now, not from my own choice. My church and family believe that IVF should not be allowed as it is against God's will. It is also killing all the unused embryos who are human beings from the moment sperm got to eggs. As a human being I have no right to play god and decide how many and which one of my embryos will be implemented in me. I hope you can see how why I am moving away from the church t the moment...
Well I don’t have religion! I respect every one with any race and religion equally. I have Muslim,Jewish,Christian,Baha’i and atheist friends, and I love them all! I think the only thing that matter is we all should try to be our best for other people, help them support them don’t judge them love them...., and of course I pray but I do it on my own way not the way from any holly books. Love you all and wish you all the best ❤️xx
