Undiagnosed - FET in Feb

Hi Ladies, anyone else undiagnosed and doing FET early Feb? Be great to chat to someone that's going through what I am, as it happens. Hoping we can be an extra support to each other through the craziness! I'm looking for all the support i can get after finding the emotional side and anxiety a bit of a challenge during our first IVF cycle xxx

Hi I hope to be starting a FET in a few weeks time after my first fresh round failed last year. I'm anxious as this is the only frostie we have. Wishing you well. Do you know roughly when you are starting? Xx

Hi, well it only takes 1 to stick so hang in there I think we'll be transferring around the 6-10th Feb maybe. Need to call the hospital on CD1 and they'll book us in. Not done FET before so i guess there's some scans leading up to the transfer to check lining etc. I tend to swing from hope and excitement to worry and anxiousness, I have to remind myself that it only takes 1 and both my sister and sister in law got pregnant on the 2nd rounds of IVF so i have nearby proof that it works!

Hi I’ve just started my first fet round after 3 failed Icsi rounds. No one seems sure on my issue though have had high tsh and on thyroxine and slightly elevated NK cells. Frustrating but ever hopeful this will work! Best of luck for you too! X

I'm sorry to hear of your icsi rounds not resulting in a positive, I can relate to the frustration of not knowing, we delayed doing our FET after our first round of IVF didn't work as i just thought what's the point, nothing is different, we still don't know why we can't get pregnant. It's really hard. There are some pretty inspiring stories on here so I hope that brings some positivity for you, hang in there and don't give up. You'll get there. Wish you all the best of luck xx

Hi there i'm currently going through my prep for FET. Mine is scheduled for week beginning 4th Feb, have my scan on 31st Jan to check all is good. Lovely to know there is someone else out there going through it too next month xx

oh great! exciting, wishing you the best best of luck what prep are you doing for FET? I'm just waiting for CD1 to arrive next week then need to call the hospital and get booked in for appointments and transfer, we've not had much information at all

Hello hun, I start my FET tomorrow. Norethisterone tablets 3 times a day for 5 days , buserelin injections from Tuesday once period arrives I call the clinic for my first scan the following Tuesdays ...... It’s a very anxious feeling not knowing what’s going to happen isn’t it. I am using Lubion this time and having acupuncture , been given extra progesterone tablets (3 x a day!) so fingers crossed all of this helps. I really hope you get your happy ending hun x

oh my goodness, good luck! yes super anxious times, for any worrying thoughts try to balance them out with the good, hopefully, exciting ones that you could get your baby this time. I'm trying to do that more to keep the worry/anxiousness taking over and having too much space in my thoughts I'm doing acupuncture again too, don't want to do anything less than i did for the first round of ivf. Hi new to this forum but noticed your post. I had egg collection earlier this month and was due to have fresh transfer but sadly took OHSS and ended up in hospital. FET meds’ are due to start on 08th February. Excited but nervous to be going through a whole new set of drugs and possible side effects. Hope everything goes well for you x

aww thanks for your reply, sorry to hear about your OHSS. fingers crossed for your FET, really hope it works out for you. Is definitely a mix of excitement and worry, hope the side affects aren't too bad and we get our babies. Best of luck xx
