Good evening!

Am I right in saying that if my AF came today around 5pm that I would class tomorrow as day 1 of my cycle?

And also which my FET is it ok if I do one of my infections an hour earlier than the rest as my partner isn’t around one morning?

I got told by my clinic that I could only class as Day 1 if my period came before 11am :(

No Hun that’s day 0. If it comes before say 2pm or so can be classed as day one

Yes day one is the day you wake up with full flow af x

Agree with all the other comments, day 1 is a Full flow from morning x
