Heyy ladies. Just a quick share of the recent events with me. I was so excited to start as of the end of this month. I was going to start stims around 5/12 and have egg collection around 17/12. This was going to happen with a period starting on the 7th of this month. Of course my period didn't start on Wednesday but came today hahahhaa. I had a phone call with the nurse dealing with my case, she has been amazing so far and i will start my meds around Xmas and if all goes well will have my first FET at thr end of January. So soo exciting. To all of you going through FETs and Stims or dealing with any difficult matters im sending you lots of hugs and positive vibes. Have a lovely evening 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Good luck for your first cycle. I think I have my first nurse appointment December. What do they do at first nurse appointment? I have just had initial consultation so far xx

Heyy thank youu. My nurse appointment wasn't very different that the initial consultation. The nurse explained the IVF, how does it work, what protocol i will be on and the meds i will need. We had to sign few forms, she checked my weight and than worked out the timing with the stimulations, scans and blood test i will need. Ahe booked few appointments and that was it really. Xxxx

Thank you! I am excited as well yes. I like the idea of doing it in the New Year! How strict are you going to be in the next few months/over holidays with caffeine, alcohol etc I was going to cut everything but not sure it’s really necessary. I’m pretty healthy and eat well anyway xx

I stopped smoking. I have a glass of wine occasionally.. I try to eat healthy as well but sometimes have few extra treatsho ho ho ☺ I will be working around the holidays so wont be difficult to stay away from the amazing food hahahaha xx

Sounds like a plan. I am also having the odd glass of red and takeaway. I can’t see it will affect the outcome. Really crossing my fingers for you. I’m so ready to try the next step now xxxx

How annoying that your period didn’t co-operate! I’m in the same situation and waiting patiently after 5 days for it to arrive 😩

Luckily December always go quickly because of all the festivities so you’ll be able to start before you know it 🤞 x
