Got our BFN beginning of the month and ever since I have been having very vivid, weird dreams. Like every night!!! Do you think it's stress or the after effects of medication?? Anyone else get this??
Also had my first acupuncture session last night & when I got home had a complete meltdown 😢 is this usual too??
Honestly who knows what is going on with our bodies at this time 🤷♀️ xx

Hi, sorry to hear about BFN 🙁 I’m on my 2WW and I’m also having very vivid dreams. I wonder whats causing it as well 🤔 I haven’t had acupuncture. All sounds very hormonal. Xx
Hiya, I had a BFN a few weeks ago and I’ve also been having vivid dreams and nightmares. I think it’s the knock on effect of all the emotional stress and perhaps the hormones.
I’d say your reaction to acupuncture is normal too as it’s all about the energy in your body. You probably have a lot of pent up emotion which was allowed out after your session. I didn’t have this happen after acupuncture but I had reiki once and I cried uncontrollably for most of the appointment.
Keep taking good care of yourself and hope you’re feeling a bit better soon xx
Oh sorry to hear that. I think it’s the medication effects, I’m still having shock pain and my dr said it’s my body, every body react different. I’m thinking to do the acupuncture, heard it can help with everything. Hope you get better soon xx
Sorry to hear about your bfn. With regard to the acupuncture, it helps to release emotions and it is quite common to feel very weepy after a session. Take care of yourself xxx
Very normal for acupuncture to do that. It happened to me I was a mess and crying. I contacted my lady and she said an emotional release was very good and showed it had been working. Take care xxx
