Been to the hospital today, and collected the last of our forms and our medication plan! We are feeling optimistic. I know it doesn’t happen first time for everyone but I’ve got to remain positive, give it my all. I stopped alcohol and caffeine on the 13th January, been taking vitamins for the same amount of time. Hubby has been in control of his diabetes eating healthy taking vitamins including vit E & Zinc. I’ve booked 3 weeks off for the main events. So infertility come and fight us... we’re waiting!

Already 4 done, but don't consider my case as a generality! I can start round 5 next month... but I'm a bit depressed so waiting to feel a bit better so that I jave good conditions and zen.

What I would do if I had to start again, I would try and get the proper support around myself... I think you need to be in the right mind to get it working.

I was feeling guilty on so many things and didn't accept the fact this was happening to us... unfair but nothing we can do about it.

Plus know that you are not alone and that you can talk to people!

I had a tendency to live this very privately, which caused me to avoid friends and as a result I feel lonely now...

In conclusion, the support mechanism is key!

Yes, I started sharing more and this helps!

This was not difficult for me to share, I just think I needed to stop talking about this all the time, like a time off!

Now, I need people around me, having fun, as I feel I have been too lonely now...

Hard to find the balance for the moment, but will get there.

I start feeling better now, talking helped, chatting here helped vm...

Even if I knew it, I'm not alone and we all have our stories and pains! It helps realising this...

Starting down reg on 27th too! We’re going to be down regulating for an extra week as we’re on holiday for a week and our clinic said just go and enjoy ourselves and then when back we can start stimming.

We’re in the same boat...feeling positive with a little nervousness. Off caffeine and alcohol. Both eating healthily and taking various supplements. Am doing acupuncture too. So feeling prepped and ready! Sadly haven’t been able to take much time off work (I’m a doctor and pretty hard to get time off) but told work this week as a warning that I will need some days off around EC and ET. So bring it on! 💪

we are down regging an extra week because of Easter! And egg collection was booked for Easter Monday. Kind of ironic embryologist going on an egg hunt 😂. We are literally going to be at the same point! Good luck x
