We had 3 top quality embryos, 1st fresh BFN Dec 21, 2nd DEFET: our first ever ivf BFP March 22, ending in mmc at 9 weeks, last DEFET BFN. (several natural BFP all ending early)
We have stayed with the same clinic (still wondering if it’s the right decision) we have been matched with an amazing donor and have 6 frozen eggs 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Which clinic did you choose? I’m overwhelmed by choice in Czech at the moment and would really appreciate a recommendation. Very best wishes for this next step 🙏💗
We also did it in Czech but in a different city. I had been transferred a frozen PGTA euploid embryo few weeks ago and BFP. It is my first time ever transfer, still early stage but I keep positive thinking. Good luck to you!❤️👍🏻
Yes, a little bit more for the PGT-A but we just want to peace in mind. We paid first embryo (PGT-A) EUR500 and then rest of the embryos, each charged EUR 450.
We also added embryo glue on the transfer day. I am on the Lubion injection twice a day. I didn't use vaginal progesterone as I read some studies show for the FET, vaginal progesterone alone results in a significantly lower success rate compared to combined vaginal progesterone and injections.
My clinic doctor didn't recommend to test PGT-A, she thought donor is young and healthy. However, I insisted to put all available blastocysts embryos for PGT-A. My doctor listened to me and so we had the PGT-A.
6 blastocysts were sent for the PGT-A. At the end, we have 5 PGT-A euploid embryos and 1 aneuploid embryo. I had one euploid transferred and BFP.
I would recommend for the PGT-A, just to feel peace in mind. Good luck👍🏻❤️
