So we started injections on Thursday morning. New meds this time which are giving me short sharp headaches. Feeling exhausted too which I remember well however dh is his usual fab self doing injections, cooking, cleaning and looking after me. Got to start injections tonight now too so no Saturday night clubbing or g and t for me..lol. back for scan Wednesday. .I am convinced that my eggs have probably evaporated now and am expecting to see nothing there on wed so at least this way I will be pleasantly surprised if things look ok I just fear with age and low Amh time is running out😯 as is money..lol. mind you hospital not yet presented us with Bill and everytime we leave we walk sharply past pay desk and no one has stopped us yet..lol😂ok hope all you fab ladies doing ok this fine weekend as I lie in bed waiting for my bacon sarnie and decaf coffee with my beautiful fur baby giving me cuddles I think life ain't all bad..hugs xxxx

I guess so, just bloody hope that modified natural ivf works for me 🙈 I still need to go for my proper consultation as it was only a mini consultation, but I feel more encouraged to try this than go donor eggs.

What meds are you on this time?x

Right a natural ivf sounds less brutal 😯I am on a short protocol this time and fostimon instead of gonal f but still menopur too and tonight I have to start something cAllen centride..yuk xx

I know our male nurses are fab..I promoted my dh to dr😉he is so calm.I don't think I could ever inject him and it can't be easy for them at all doing it but he never grumbles..amazing 😊💜💜💜💜we celebrated 5 years since the day we met on Thursday with an injection..we both laughed as said when we met we would never have thought 5 years from now he would be doing this to me 😯😂😂😂xx

I'm fine. Crampy all day yesterday but accepting that it's normal. Very aware of my boobs, though they're not sore, just? Itchy? Sensitive? Still don't think I've accepted I'm pregnant yet to be honest. Last time I fell in love straight away, as soon as I got a positive, this time I know I'm holding back xx

Moved - we'll be here for a couple of years. I don't think we are planning more treatment, the last one was so devastating. Everything had been so hopeful during stimmimg etc; because it was difficult physically, so I thought that meant loads of eggs. In the end, there were only 2. It was shocking. I don't think I can do it again.

I know I remember how awful it was for you..it is so hard to think about keeping going. I think I am kind of in denial and just going through motions when all along I am dreading what if we don't even get to test day and if we do how will I cope with more hear break. .it is all so so tough. A move and change of scenery must help. After our lively Canadian adventure in June I would have moved there in a heartbeat to escape all this😊thanks for your support and hugs to you xxx

It's so hard to keep positive! You just do whatever you need to do - scoff chocolate, binge-watch boxed sets, mindfulness, ranting, whatever it takes - to get you through.

Thanks so much... im feeling so scared for monday.... I have been injecting for 10 days in total..... and had my last stimulation last night. Done last suppresant tonight and hubby has literally just done my trigger shot now. Wishing you so much luck. It is my first cycle.... so don't know what to expect. Our hubby's are the best aren't they💜💜💜yeah it feels very different this time...I wish you all the very best for Monday. .egg collection really is a breeze as you sleep through the whole thing. My only advice is please try not to get too hung up on quantity if you can..easier said than done I know. One thing I have learnt is it is so about quality..let me know how you get on..be rooting for you..take it easy tomorrow xx

Thanks so much.... i wish i was more laid back.... hubby is so calm and peaceful. I am petrified and always think the worst..... I can't change anything now.... so will just have to take it a step at a time... going to do my ivf hypnotherapy cd before bed tonight to try and chill. Just done 13 hour shift today so feeling shattered! Our hubbys are definately the best. Think mine is after a job as a GP as he is impressed with his clinical skills lol. But he has done so well with all this bless him. Will keep an eye out for your posts thanks for lovely advice and support xxxx
