DE Progressing well 🤞🏼

Just an update on our DE treatment. Our donor had her second scan yesterday and all’s progressing well for EC tomorrow 👏🏻

I’ve just had a scan to check my lining and thankfully it’s also developing well, I’m so relieved! I know it’s only one hurdle on the journey but it’s good to know that the patches are doing their job.

I was curious to know whether our donor was also doing her own ivf treatment with some of her eggs or purely donating to us and when they told me it’s the latter I got quite emotional thinking that someone could do such a kind, generous and selfless thing. I know I shouldn’t get ahead of myself but if it works it’s lovely to know our baby has the genes of an incredible lady 💕

We just got a donor match a couple of weeks ago for our 1st DE cycle. No idea what to expect - bad enough feeling out of control and powerless when I am going through the treatment never mind a completely different body! 😩 (and abroad!)

Our clinic is like that too, the donor is exclusively donating to us for this cycle; amazing selflessness.
