Starting treatment March/April

Morning!! 💗

So following on from my previous post last week... we have given the go ahead to use the donor that our clinic have found for us.

The nurse got in touch with me the same day after I called them to discuss dates of treatment to start!!

End of March we have the nurses consultation and then few days later I come off my HRT! Ohh gosh!

I have some baseline scans within a week of each other. Then the end of April is egg collection OMG!! We’re using the donors eggs and my husbands sperm... he has been told he has good swimmers! So I’m glad that my husband will have the biological connection to our child/children.

It’s such a relief to know that we start treatment in the next 2 months! We’ve come so far already... just hope and pray that every thing turns out okay and is plain sailing.

Still a long way to go but staying positive and keeping fingers crossed! 🤞❤️

Brilliant to hear things are progressing well for you. All sounds really positive. Great news that your husband’s sperm sample looks good also. Hoping as you say that it will be plain sailing for you in the months ahead. Keep thinking those lovely positive thoughts xx
