So this week will be the third time i have phoned to start treatment, they could not fit me in the last 2 times even though i have had my meds and teach session back in december.
I have signed all paperwork etc but i am wanting to check will this affect my funding. I know funding changes all the time but if i have already signed the paperwork etc can mine still change?

Jump to repliesI don’t think it can change for this cycle, and ccgs usually have a consultation period before changing funding (if you’re in England) so you should know if changes are afoot. I believe they have a target to start your treatment within 18weeks once you have signed all your forms so hopefully you won’t wait too much longer, though I can imagine it is super frustrating! Have they tsaid when they think they will have space for you to start?
Perhaps in the meantime you can work on getting yourself into the best possible head/body space for the treatment (if you’ve not already done this)... maybe consider some acupuncture or reflexology?
thank you lovely it is so frustrating. Just want to start now praying it will be this week. Can't really plan a holiday or anything at the minute as don;t know when we will be starting makes me feel really down xx

he is indeed, we have seen improvements when we last saw the drs so hopefully things have gotten better in this waiting time. The nurse was so apologetic last time when i called just praying it will be this week or think i might lose the plot.xx
