Well everyone it has been a long time since I’ve been on here. Needed a break while I got over the missed miscarriage and put myself back together last year.
So here we are - just done 14 days of norethisterone and have my baseline scan on Wednesday then scans on the 21,23,25th
Hoping for a better result this time round but whatever will be will be. I’m 38 now and this is my last funded attempt and we definitely don’t have the money to try again ourselves so it’s now or never!!!

Hi Makai, sorry to hear about your experience of miscarriage. It must have been very difficult but you have done so well to bounce back. My 1st cycle has ended in biochemical pregnancy. I was going to prepare for the 2nd self-funded attempt soon however my husband isn’t very well and him getting better has become a priority. I hope that the 2nd attempt is lucky for you. Keeping fingers crossed for BFP x
Hey there! Extremely sorry to hear about your MC it must have been extremely frustrating for you. However, don't lose hope. Make sure the IVF you get done from is a known clinic and is good at what they do. As going to professionals is important as they know what they do. A lot of people on this forum talk about a clinic in Eastern Europe you may as well research on it. Best of luck. Hope you're able to conceive. Stay strong and positive!
Oh no! that's really bad I really hope this time nothing will go wrong and you will be blessed with a beautiful baby of your own.Age is just a number do not think about that please people still give birth at age of 60. So remember just be positive and it's all you. Take lots of care of your diet and start yoga. This might also be good to try acupuncture its known to work for some people.Much love.
I’m so sorry to read about the rollercoaster of emotions you had to go through in your last cycle. Honestly well done for picking yourself back up - this process is so hard. Wishing you every bit of luck for this next cycle Xx
