Will stopping dhea too early in cycle have a negative impact on my ivf?

Hi all. I really wanna stop taking the dhea supplement as side effects are so bad but im scared as im on down reg of short flare protocol and due to start stimming in just under 2 weeks and i'm worried that the change might have a negative impact on my ivf. Have any of you ever had advice on this or stopped dhea before a cycle and what was the outcome? P.s my hubby only went and fracrured his shin playing football saturday so just as im supposed to be relaxing and taking it easy i've got him to look after and everything to do myself I'm livid!!!

I have taken dhea before and read varying advice saying to stop when starting stims or to stop if you get a positive pregnancy test. It's very confusing but in the end I decided to stop after egg collection.

Also, my husband broke his hand playing football just before our first icsi cycle. I was also very annoyed as I ended up doing everything! . Maybe we should ban them from playing football!!

How did you get on with your cycle? Did the dhea help? Did you have any bad side effects from it? Yes football sucks and have threatened to ban him but he just keeps giving me puppy dog eyes. He keeps complaining about being on sofa all day and that is exactly what i need right now....so jealous/furious 🙄

I had a different treatment protocol the time I used DHEA and in the end I got less eggs (which I think was down to the protocol) but managed to produce a top quality embryo (better quality than my first cycle). I did get pregnant but unfortunately I miscarried at 11 weeks.

I didn't notice side effects too badly, although I think it made me more short tempered!

Sorry to hear about the miscariage. That must have been awful
