Starting again!

Hey ladies & gents!

I have been so eager to start treatment again since losing my twin boys & now it’s nearly here I’m so scared! Even calling the clinic yesterday I got a bit nervous & scared. So they have booked me in for a scan to check all is okay before ordering any drugs! Fingers crossed all is okay, think I would be devastated if anything jeopardised me using my little frostie in March.

I think it’s totally understandable how your feeling, I’m starting my FET in March and go between feeling positive and wondering how potentially il deal with more heartache. Really hope everything goes well for you x

Are you doing anything to prepare for FET? Like eating anything different stuff like that? I’ve put on 5lb since my first cycle do you think this would make any difference? Might try and lose it want to try and mimic my last cycle as much as possible xx

I’ve just gone back to eating healthier but nothing particular. I’ve come to think weight doesn’t have loads to do with it but I’m hoping to lose a couple of lbs before I start. Are you doing a natural or medicated cycle? Xx

Yeah I think I’m going to do the same. I’m doing a meditated cycle as the Drs said the pessaries help Provent miscarriage apparently. How about you? Xx

I’m doing a natural FET but with steroids and pessaries still. My consultant wants to try natural as both medicated have been unsuccessful xx

Definitely! 🤞 yeah my period should be due around 8th/9th March so will be starting then, can’t believe how close we could be in our cycles xx

Hey there! I am sorry for your loss. It is unbearable for a mum to lose her child. I am sure you have gathered a lot of courage to start it again. I wish you to have a healthy baby. Don't be scared. Best of luck I havent experience this loss on IVF but i did have a MC at 18 years old and it has scared me. We can only go forward now. I am sad of your loss and i hope very much you get sucess this time. X

Oh don’t be silly Hun. I was exactly the same when I was waiting to start & im not the patient of people. I had to wait a while as I was told I had to lose weight then as my partner needed an operation and waiting time was about 6 months! Feels like I’ve been waiting for years now! Lol it’s just not fair is it! Other people don’t need to wait to get pregnant! Bloody frustrates me sometimes. Xx
