Hi everyone.... I had my transfer a week ago today .....feeling very constipated and sore breasts. I belive it could be progesterone side affects. Inserting them is getting harder like cervix is tightening . Has anyone else had these signs . X

I found it became hard to insert them on my cycle, as cervix was becoming tight and I got BFP. I hope it’s the same for you 🤞 good luck xxx

Use them from your back if it’s hard from the front, my dr said there is no different which way you use them both work the same, which ever is easier do that. Xx

I don’t have sore breasts or any other symptom. But I’ve noticed that it’s been harder to insert the progesterone as well, so now I have to lay down and put a pillow under my bum to insert them and that makes it easier.

Hoping these are good symptoms for a BFP, lots of luck...you’re half way there! xx
