7 days past embroyo transfer

Hello All,

This is my first IVF cycle, i had a fresh transfer on 23/07/20 and i am on progresterone since and have had cramping and brown discharge, the cramping feels like AF. I have some nausea but not actually throwing up.

I keep thinking AF is coming as all the symptoms point towards it and which is due next week where my test date is then too.

I am finding this 2WW like torture.

Has anyone had these symptoms and then gone on to to get their BFP?

I was convinced during my entire two week wait that AF was coming. I was cramping and had all my usual AF expectant symptoms... but I got my BFP. I think early pregnancy symptoms and AF are so similar. I also think the progesterone can give you odd symptoms...

I second this! ☝️ You’ll not know for certain until your test day. I also was convinced my period was on the way and bawled and cried like a maniac! 🤣 I was wrong. All the best for the rest of your two week wait! Xx

Hi Simz. Try and hang on till the test day advised by your clinic, and ignore any symptoms just now, as they are probably just down to the progesterone pessaries. I make you 6 days post transfer, so not too long to wait now. Good luck! Diane

I have like your Symptoms , it's from the progresterone ..
