10 days early period???

Had 2 cycles in jan the 2nd cycle was 10 days early im normally a 28 day cycle for period

One or two periods off the dates is nothing to be worried about, sudden physical or psychological stresses, or rarely new or different foods, pollution may cause this.

However, when such changes in your period timings happen, please do not your body symptoms such as - blood flow amount, color, number of days, time for the next period, patterns of fatigue, pains & cramps, white discharge patterns, external rashes, itching etc, if you are sexually active patterns regarding interest for indulging in sexual intercourse, pains or lack of sensation. Please keep monitoring these for the next 3–4 months and see how your cycle is coping up. Also, monitor lifestyle patterns such as food habits, sleep patterns, stress at work, family etc, any new physical activity, exposure to any new chemicals, sudden switch of menstrual hygiene product etc. You will know what all are your body patterns, and will make you better equipped to know yourself, and help answer your gynaec’s queries if your early bleeding persists for the next 3–4 months and you are visiting her to examine your condition.

Also make sure to follow few habits such as - routine sleep pattern, some basic exercise everyday, or intensive exercises 3 days a week (slowly increase your pace), good food in moderation, healthy menstrual hygiene products, and maintain body fluids level.
