I started progynova on Monday and have my scan this coming Thursday. Can’t believe how quick it has come round! All being well, I should have my FET w/c 5th February, if my little frostie ❄️ thaws ok 👍
I’ve started drinking Pom juice, but are there any other foods/drinks that I can have to help with my lining?

So much luck to you for the next few weeks. Loads of room temp water, warm foods, plenty of protein, warm feet/tummy and lower back. Hope your scan goes well for you on Thursday xx
I’ve been trying to eat Avacados and pineapple core every day as well as drinking warm Pom Juice (I just add hot water to dilute it so it doesn’t taste so strong) and sitting with a hot bottle most evenings which Ill do up until my ET.
Lots of protein like Dunla suggests, so i’ve also been eating lots of eggs.
