LOW AMH but all-rightish AFC

Hi,

I am 36, my AMH is 0.1 but my follicule count is 7. Doctors are surprised and say that it is strangely a contradictory diagnose. I should have less follicules with such a bad AMH or inversely a higher AMH with 7 follicules. Anybody else in such situation. Any sense of understanding why this would be the case?? Thank you for some feedback.
