Great news- I think 5 is a good number of embryos. That’s another hurdle smashed! xoxo
Thanks jess! I was so confused when she told me 5,it’s my first time so I don’t know anything🙈. Glad they grow perfectly and be ready for transfer xoxo
I try to be positive but I’m full off stress and all my emotions are mixed up🤦🏻♀️ I think no one doesn’t get it unless they’ve been on this situation, that’s why I love this group we all are the same xxx
Definitely right there, it’s hard to understand the mix of emotions we feel through this journey especially in this bit. Keeping everything crossed for more positive news xx
That's a great healthy number and enjoy the feeling of excitement as you will no doubt get nervous right before you have to call for the next update. hope all goes well for you x
Wish I could!😔 Still very uncomfortable harldly can walk so I have no choice just stay at home in bed. Defo celebrate after transfer, defo deserve it haha😊 Thanks lovely xxx
That’s an excellent result. Keeping everything crossed that your little embryos continue to develop as they should over the next few days. Try to have a nice relaxing weekend now in prep for them coming home 😘 Hope you are feeling ok today after the egg collection xx
Thanks lovely! I’m a bit better still can’t walk normally so prefer stay in bed. they said it’s a possibility that doing the ET on Monday hope they don’t and doing it on Wednesday! I need more time to feel better. Xxx
Hello ladies. Our problem is my husbands' sperm. He has a very poor count and poor motility. We TTC for 5 years before seeking help.3 IUI's w/ Clomid and 2 rounds of IVF we got pregnant with twins. When we were deciding how many eggs to transfer, they told us (the first time) that if we weren't going to be able to do it again to go for broke. We didn't think we would be able to so we transferred 3 embryos. They told us that one more embryo only up to our chances of multiples by about 5% so I wasn't too worried about triplets. We had 8, 5 of which were graded top quality but unfortunately, none took and none were able to freeze. A few months (and many tears) later, we had the money to try again. The only thing we did differently was we opted for assisted hatching. We had one or 2 more embryos and still transferred 3.I actually almost cancelled it the day before I was supposed to start injections because I had a bad feeling it wasn't going to work. My husband changed my mind and I'm glad he did. We now have 10-month-old twin boys and are loving it. My pregnancy went well with the twins. I gave birth to them. They were fine and got to come home with me. I did have gestational diabetes and high blood pressure but that came on toward the end. Anyway, I'm so happy that things turned out and we got our precious angels and I hope things were going smooth and positive.
