Spotting 11dpo

I'm on my first cycle of clomid and I'm 11 days post ovulation. For the last 2 days I've had very light spotting and cramping. I took a test yesterday and it was negative but think that it was a bit too early to test. Could this be the start of my period or implementation bleeding?

Anyone had any success with their first round? Xx
