Uterine natural killer cell test

Just had our review following cycle 4. Recurrent implanatation failure .., been advised may be either egg issue (age related) or "womb issue"

Exploring the various options ... just wondering if any of you have had this test done (uterine NK rather than the blood test)

My test results came back positive for high nk cells so I was treated with prednisolone during my ivf cycle... it gave us some hope that there was a reason why I'd never fallen pregnant naturally or with clomid or iui... we did get a bfp following our first embryo transfer in November but sadly miscarried on 1st December, just before the 6 week mark... review consultation told us this was mosy likely due to embryo quality (had 2 embryos transferred as they were both C grade) and I will take prednisolone again in our next cycle... hope that helps a little! x

Hi Tia, I had this test done at the warick and Coventry hospital after two failed ivfs with top embryos. I found out I have high NK cells, I am due to start treatment again next year along with steoriods. Hoping that it will.work out this time around xx
