I feel so awful...

I really don’t know what to do, I’m breaking out in cold sweats and had to change all my clothes at night as they were soaked. I’m still very dizzy and lightheaded have to stay in bed and have overall weakness.

I just can’t imagine this being normal and now starting to wonder if I’ve actually got a flu or if this is side effects from the Progynova or down reg?

Don’t know what to do, if I should stop the meds as I really don’t feel I can cope with this much longer and now worried about my health!

Hi. Progenova and down regulation drugs can give you menopausal type symptoms, but as you say, it may be that you have a flu type virus too. Try taking paracetamol regularly, especially if your temperature is raised, and drink plenty of fluids. Obviously, if it persists, speak to your GP. Hope it soon eases. Diane

Hi, yes I think I definitely have some bug or something. I was sick this morning 🤢 and am just in bed resting.

Hope all the meds im having to take will stay down!
