How important is it to keep the needle in for 5/10 seconds once you have injected and also to keep your finger held down until you have taken the needle out? X

I was always told to do it to try and prevent Gonal f seeping out. Have you not been doing it then? X

I didn’t do it the first night but have ever since, it still seems out though- just a droplet left on my skin. Find it tricky to pinch skin, manipulate the pen and keep it pressed down and still see the dial 🙉x

I know what you mean, it can feel like a military operation lol long as you have the pen with the number up towards you it’s should help with seeing when it gets to 0 xx

I found that once I was doing to first one!!! I think I may have quite a large dose so takes a while to push it all the way in, feels like it may slip at times. It’s not the easiest thing to control x

I wasn’t told to do this. I had the solution in injections, not the pen. I still grew eggs.

I think you are always left with a droplet at the end with Gonal-F. Don't worry about it - if you keep the pen pressed on for the 5-10 secs then you will be getting everything you need x
