Scan on day 11 of stimms and fluid on ovary - worried

So today's day 11 of menapur injections and we went in for scan to check how follicules are growing. Since our scan on Friday I've been a bit uncomfortable, and last night I woke up at 3am feeling so sick and dizzy. I could hardly stand up straight - felt like I was on a boat in a storm!

Well today the nurse said she couldn't see my right ovary because it was hiding behind my uterus and then she said there was inoculated fluid on it. I had a blood test to check levels but haven't had results yet. What could that show?

I know that my right ovary has a bit of endometriosis on it but apparently quite mild. I'm also borderline PCOS and have been on metformin for about 6 months.

I'm worried because it seems like we won't now be able to collect eggs from my right ovary. And also do my symptoms of feeling sick and dizzy mean that I might get OHSS following transfer? EC was scheduled for Thursday, but the nurse is going to ring me this PM to give me update

Im just feeling so upset and worried about it all - this whole process is so precarious and each step seems to lead to more worry and anxiety.

Has anyone experienced this before and can help put my mind at rest? Thanks all - and I hope you're all doing ok x
