Hey everyone - hope everyone is feeling positive today wherever you are on your journey! ✨🌈

I was just wondering if anyone else was starting a short protocol ivf on or around the 14th ? I've been put on the pill in the run up to starting my injections on the 14th too.

Haha - behave itself ! I know what you mean. Mines always spot on - until they tell me to book a scan or whatever on a certain day of my cycle and my regular cycle goes out the window ! 🙈 Anyway , keep in touch. Good luck to you x x

Lol am a old hand. I injected for 10 days last time so should be around the same time frame. I was a slow starter but I got 9 eggs 6 fertilised and one grade 4bb was put back. It just wasn't our time but hopefully we get our miracle this time xxx

I'm having a baseline scan on October 10th. I guess I then start the injections of everything is ok?! I'll be on short antagonist protocol, my first ever round x

The process is slightly different for everyone , I only have a definite date for injections because I'm on the pill to trick my body into thinking I'm still on my period, my clinic don't like you starting Injections early in the week because that makes collection on a weekend ? (don't know how that works - but trusting the Dr knows what he's talking about ) anyway, most people start their injections on the first day of their period. Good luck , hope all goes well at your scan n you get started 🙂

I've started long protocol now and provided I get some good blastos, will be about ready for ET a few days after the 14th. Its my second round of ICSI and I am feeling vulnerable about it at the moment.
