Small follicles

Hi, feeling really flat and disheartened. Had day 6 scan yesterday and told follicles are smaller than expected. Been told to increase ovaleap to 375. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I wasn't on the same drug as you but I also had smaller follicles and I just needed a couple of extra days for them to grow. At the next scan I had lots of mature follicles. Good luck with your cycle. xxx

Wasn't on the same drug either but had to keep increasing my dose due to poor follicle growth in the early stages - I was also having acupuncture to focus on blood flow to help grow the follicles which seemed to work well - but like the previous response said they did suddenly kick into action so don't be despondent! Wishing you all the best x

I had the same on Gonal F and dose was increased at least twice. I got 4 follicles, 3 fertilised, 2 transferred and I got my BFP. Try not to worry, quality over quantity every time!xx

I had my dose increased and also had an extra shot before the trigger. Try not to worry by the next scan they all could have caught up x

I had a similar thing happen to me, I had a few follicles that were smaller then some of the others so my drugs were increased for a few days before egg collection and they managed to catch up. Don't worry too much, hopefully with this increase your follicles will grow in time for EC 😊 good luck xx
