Top. Tip. Tuesday coming up lol... thought I would mention for anyone that may not know. After my ET yesterday my nurse told me that there is a small amount of reputable evidence that drinking whole milk after ET can help with good implantation... So she has asked me to drink a pint a day. 🙂 xxx

I did this (I preferred extra milk in an angel delight mix!) and pineapple core. I only ever drink skimmed milk so needed something to wash it down with!

At my clinic everyone is told to drink a pint of full fat milk prior to ec - funny to see everyone in the waiting room drinking milk!

Thanks for the tip... it's so good to hear something simple and achievable and not something I need to scour the shelves of Holland and Barrett for or spend a fortune ordering from Amazon!! Top Tip Tuesday should become a thing. lol. Xx
