How to improve womb conditions before FET

β€’11 Replies

Hi everyone

I hope you have all been doing ok.I have been reading posts and to all those with scan pics that's so amazing.Thank you for sharing. It gives so much hope to most of us who are still praying for bfp.At whatever stage you are of this journey I wish you well.

Can anyone help with tips on how they prepped for FET, what foods to eat, any supplements other than folic acid, I just want to know I'm doing something even as I wait for my FET in a couple of months. I want to give it my best .

I didn't do anything special in particular but I just wanted to wish you luck xx

Thank you Tugsgirl. One always wants to do something and make the body accept the embryo. I feel helpless. πŸ˜ƒ

I had acupuncture before and after my last FET in June. I tried to drink more water and eat healthily (lots of leafy green veg, fish and nuts etc) I also listened to some Zita West positive visualisation CD's which really helped keep me relaxed and calm. Unfortunately we had an early mc but I'll be doing the same with our next FET this month. Wishing you lots of luck xx

Hi. My FET will be next Wednesday. I also can recommend acupuncture one hour before and after.

The same time I eat pineapple core. Apparently its natural painkiller and also helps embryo stick inside ☺️ good luck to both of us πŸ‘

But be careful as this drink include very very low % of alcohol and sugar. I will personally avoid this and drink after pregnancy.

I know this drink very well as I use to make it at home many year ago and my mum made it when I was teenager. It's like a lemonade. Tasty but a lot of sugar :)

Spirulina (powder) will be more beneficial

This one is good but you need to how to drink it. Specially if you on any medication.

I have at home and happy to give you (free of course) if you like and tell you more details.

I live in London. ☺️

Remember: listen to your body. Something helps others doesn't mean will benefit you

Ps : sorry for so many messages πŸ˜‰
