I hope you’re all keeping well and strong on your journey xx
I have a query, what is the advice re exercise prior to FET? I’m assuming you can pretty much carry on as normal as there’s no stims and no ovaries enlarged ?
I’m hoping I can start treatment in couple of weeks and this just crossed my mind.I’d love to hear your experiences, thank you all !
Sending you loads of hope and good luck your way xx

I carried on with life as normal all the way to the day of the transfer, that included running, HIIT, spin and horse riding. I also had a glass of wine the night before transfer 😂
thank you for sharing this and for the good wishes, this sounds much better than FT already, I'm very active (maybe not as much as you haha) and exercise really helps me to stay strong mentally, so this sounds ideal ! all the best wishes for your journey, i hope you're doing well xx
Hi Millbanks, thank you very much for your response, this is very reassuring, being able to carry as normal for a bit longer will certainly make a difference. I hope everything is going well in your journey, all the best of luck xx
I felt that if I was doing an egg collection I'd be super careful but once those eggs / embryos are collected I'd relax a bit - life is too short!
Good luck xx
I found intense exercise affected my lining but then I had thin lining issues. So frustrating being restricted with exercise. Just tried to do lots of walking
that's how I felt last time with the FT, although I did run up until like 4 days before the EC. After the transfer the doctor said it was ok to run 4 days later, but I was too scared for it and just did loads of walking! I hope you're doing well on your journey, sending good luck your way xx
