Hello ladies, just a quick question. I have been down reg for over two weeks and have my baseline scan on Thurs. I have been having some mild pain, kind of like ovulation pain but I'm not sure. Maybe trapped wind, who knows π Did anyone else get this? I know I will find out on Thurs if I'm responding or not but was curious if anyone else has had this.

You will get used to the twinges and the feeling of 'things moving around' ! It does feel a bit odd. The 'stimming' stage can feel a bit odd as your ovaries grow and there is only so much space inside you and there are so many side effects it could well be trapped wind xx
I had all sorts of twinges and strangers goings on whilst injecting. I can't remember specifically about the down regging- I mostly remember the headaches from that! But def on the stimms. Not a lot for the first few days but by golly by the end I felt like a swollen balloon with needles inside! (Not to put you off!) it's all obviously worth it in the end! But I had sharp twangs and twinges right the way through. Currently in my 2ww at 7dp5dt and I still feel like them now! So I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad thing?! We shall see!
This forum is great for advice and experiences, has really helped me so far.
Wishing you all the best with your journey too and I'll be looking out for your posts πβ€οΈππ€πΌππΌ xxxxx
Thank you so much for your reply. I'm dreading getting all swollen and people at work noticing. I work in a big school and haven't told anyone apart from my boss and a close friend. Most people have recently been asking when we are starting a family etc so worried if I look swollen they will ask.
Hopefully people won't be rude enough to ask, you could have just put on weight and that would be embarrassing for them! I wore my biggest, baggiest clothes when I was in the 2ww. If people noticed they didn't comment xx
Thank you ππ€πΌ I wore a lot of black skinny jeans or fitted trousers with loose blouses and a blazer or cardigan over the top for work while stimming. I'm quite slim and my belly stuck out loads but I think I covered it well with the lose blouses and shirts. I did actually have to go and buy a psi of maternity black jeans though that I wore every day for the last week as I physically couldn't fit into a single pair of my trousers πππ but I think I noticed and worried about it way more than anyone else did xxx
BibiPage thanks for the tips. I have quite a few floaty tops and dresses so will wear them. Might buy myself a pair of maternity jeans too if it gets really bloated. I am small and don't have a washboard stomach π maybe it will just look like I've eaten too many cakes hehe. xx
