Transfer day weds 16th - any advice pre/post transfer?

Hi ladies,

Hope all is as well as can be with everyone! 💕

After a turbulent 3 months since my egg collection we now finally have a transfer date for FET Wednesday 16th!

Just looking for any advice pre or post transfer? Anything specific I should be doing or eating?

Need all the help I can get!

Good luck BiBi,

I'd say as long as your following a healthy well balanced diet then that should be ok.

After transfer cut a pineapple into 5 sections including the core and eat one slice each day, starting from day of transfer. Also Brazil nuts just a handful a day.

Take it easy after transfer. Lots of rest, keep hydrated and no heavy lifting.

Thank you, I've got some Brazil nuts but I'll grab a pineapple too! 💪🏼I'm trying not to get too excited just yet as it's been one hurdle after another so far and I can't believe we've finally actually got to this point! xx

I would say plan days out/ things to do. Obviously nothing physically strenuous, but to keep your head busy if you're taking time off work x
