Reflexology post transfer - any views?

Hi everyone just had my frozen transfer today - wondered if anyone else had reflexology after transfer? I’m booked in for next Friday. I find it really relaxes me but not sure if any reasons why it’s not good to have it. Views welcome! Thanks in advance 🙏🏼 X

Hey. I have reflexology and also feel it very helpful. am sure my reflexologist said it not recommended in the early stages but fine in 2nd tri if positive, Could be wrong but sure reflexologist can advise. Enjoy x

Hey I had reflexology with my 3rd (successful) IVF and I absolutely loved it. My reflexologist adviced no further reflexology until I was over 12 weeks. She did explain to me the reason, although I’m sorry I can’t remember what it was.

Yeah I had it right up until the day of transfer and then stopped 😊 xxx
