Down Reg too easy..? Touch wood

So I've read on here about down reg, and I'm thinking maybe I'm having it too easy... (not that I want a hard time side hey having to even be at this point is a result of already USA all having a hard time)... but I was expecting a period from hell but instead it was 4 days late and very light and only lasted 5 days.

The nasal spray is easy and other than being hot cause I was in 37 degree earlier in the week I'm not really having any side affects (thank god!).

Scan is booked for weds to see if I am ok to starts stimulating those pesky ovaries and I'm a tad concerned maybe nothing's happened...

Anyone else had a pretty easy run on Nasal Spray?

Hi Rach, a few mild headaches and sneezing triggered I suspect from the nasal spray and the pollen - but overall all ok, I switched to the bureserlin injection mid point and that made me feel quite emotional - spray was much better for me.... Oh yes and the hot sweats! Lots of luck xxx

I'm hoping the nasal spray has worked in a massive wimp on the needle front and really don't want to swap to injections - I dunno how I'm gonna even do the stims one but I have a few days before I need to worry about that lol

Hi there

I did two rounds on the nasal spray. The first went like clockwork and apart from some serious hot sweats and headaches I didn't get anything. That cycle was textbook but unfortunately resulted in BFN.

Second cycle I did nasal spray again but unfortunately my body didn't down regulate and it tried to ovulate causing a cyst. My hormone levels never dropped so they had to cancel the cycle after 6 weeks of spraying.

I've just started my third and have done the injections this time on recommendation of the dr. It's really not that bad and I've had no headaches and limited sweats. I have been more emotional but other than that I think I feel better.

Everyone is different so don't worry if you aren't experiencing all of the side effects. Good luck 🤞🏼

X

Don't you dare lol!!! Your doing so well! Specially if you a lucky one with minimal symptoms, but to be fair it's a tough process but only strong women can get through this so you can do it! xxx
