Down regulation: 1st stage!

Hello everyone, I'm just after some advice.

I am on day 10 of my nasal spray and had spotting day 2 then day 7 spotting/bleed. Since then I have had continues spotting.

Just wondering if this is okay?

Hi Lucy, I didn't bleed much with the nasal spray. I only had around 6 hours bleeding one day before my scan. I was eventually moved to injections due to my lining not having thinned enough and although I didn't bleed anymore my lining did thin down. We're all different I guess is what I'm trying to say!
