Hey all you lovely ladies! So I have just joined this forum in the hope of being able to unburden myself and understand that there are other people out there experiencing the same emotions and issues as myself!
I am pretty much at the beginning of my fertility journey compared to most but as every month ticks by and every period comes I become more and more sad and also bitter as with every month a new announcement is made by a friend that they are expecting!
I would really appreciate how you all stay positive and not spend every private moment crying! If one more person tells me 'it just takes time, chin up' or 'just enjoy it and relax' I think I am going to scream!
Thanks
X

Hey there, you've come to the right place so welcome 😊 We all totally understand the pain of trying then the continual announcements from others while you just grieve the start of your period every month.
The relax advice was one of many pearls of wisdom from my mother in law, if only huh!
Are you looking at starting any treatment or just still trying for now? Loads of luck and you'll find lots of lovely people and helpful advice here xx
We've been naturally trying for 10 months now. I bought an ovulating machine clear blue thing last month and have started using that but We are getting a private appointment with a doctor next week - I just need to regain the control and do positive things to start us on the journey! I have already stopped smoking, cut down on drinking etc. After so many years trying NOT to get pregnant in my early and late 20s it seems like a strange swap to now be so desperate to conceive!
hi, Georgina is right. You're in good hands. No question is too silly. There's plenty of support and understanding here, we've all been there!
