Hi emu2016. Good luck with the cushion. Perhaps you need a different chair, you can snuck your bum under the backrest a bit?? Have a look round the office and see if you can "redirect" another chair! Good luck! Diane

That chair was just bought for me as part of an assessment! Hahaha! I think someone has been fiddling with it while I've been away though. Felt much better today. I can't need a new chair at 5 weeks! x

How do it go today with the cushion?? I had the workplace assessment man in and he released the tension in my chair so at least now I don't feel like Im being thrown forward and out on to the floor ha ha also I need my screen moving which he said will help too fingers crossed they wi get it sorted fastly xx

Much better! It must have just been me not used to sitting in an upright position. Spent 3 weeks almost horizontal on the beach!

I just had a workstation assessment in april... surely I wouldn't need another so early on? I've not even had my scan to check it's still worked! x

No I would say unless you start feeling discomfort again leave the assessment till you feel you need them to come again. Glad the cushion worked though xx
