don't be nervous! You'll be well looked after and any questions ask away. The lecture is really good and informative
Not sure if it's exactly the same thing but we have a group information session next month. We were told it would be with up to 10 other couples and last around 1.5 hours. They'll go over all the details of what happens during and after treatment and give the opportunity to ask questions. They'll also show us some of the drugs and explain what they're for, how they work etc. I'm also a bit nervous, it's a lot of information to take in. I've already started on a list of questions though, so I'm hoping that will help. Good luck xx
thank you for you response. i better take a note book with me then! best of luck to you as well x
we've been trying for 8 years. but only about to start our first ivf program. I am feeling dizzy. Hopefully everything won't be bad and maybe we'll be pregnant at least after the third try... ???
I wish you the best of luck though! Fertility dust on you!
x
PS I am also very nervous, I do not know much about ivf apart from what I was told by my GP and the dr I was referred to. But it seems like I am going to go through a lot...
hello. yes when you read up on it theres lots to take in. i do wish they would offer some kind of support sessions so you can talk to someone else in the same situation as you. Best of luck to you aslo! x
I do not think that there's anything like this at my clinic but I can get support anywhere right?
Thank you a lot hun!
it's just there's been so much information to digest and I feel like all those years I've spent trying to conceive I wasn't that smart and educated at all..
but I feel better thinking that at least I can ask people on the Internet.
Hi sk85. All I can advise is to take a notebook with you, and ask questions. They will just go through how the protocols work, talk about paper work to sign and maybe how to give injections. I think you will find it very informative, so no need to worry. Good luck! Diane
