Hello everyone, hope your all ok. I was just wondering if anyone else is struggling to lose weight? I'm such a fussy eater and I know my problem is carbs, but because I'm such a fussy eater I'm struggling to eat what I should because I don't like it, has anyone got any ideas or good advice? Xx

Struggling to lose weight
Everyone is different but I really love ww.
I had to lose 5st to get the tests started then by the time I got treatment I had lost 8st in total. 🙈
I know it sounds ridiculous, I was really fussy what I ate, still ate too much of the bad foods obviously.
Joining ww has actually made me love a bigger range of foods so I don't rely so heavily on carbs anymore. I still eat them though.
I have followed a plan called Terri ann 123 it's high protein low carb diet it takes a little time to get your head around but people have lost up to 11 pound in 10 days so it's good if you can stick to it- I normally last a few days on a diet then cave ha ha Im ckassed as overweight but Im ok to have ivf to I think that doesn't motivate me as much as if I had to lose the weight to get treatment, good luck hope you find something that helps xx
I lost 2.5 st with slimming world. It was very easy to follow and the recipes were good. You can find lots of ideas online. In a nutshell it's based around eating as much free food as you like (rice, pasta, fruit, veg) but just keep control and count the syns in food. Good luck!
Slimming world worked for me. 4.5 stone lost with two stone lost over 3 months. Are even allowed carbs in the form of rice pasta and cous cous etc
Slimming world is a great diet. I done it a few years back to loose a little weight for holiday and loved it and you can eat so much and such a variety of foods.
I'd like to loose a stone before going on holiday this summer and I'm going to do slimming world again.
A friend of mine has lost 6 stone doing it over a year and that was without any heavy exercise added. Walking every few days and following the diet. Xxx
I did no exercise with mine. I tried to do couch to 5k and knackered My Achilles so needed complete test and never got back to it. Think I need to get back on it
Thankyou all for replying, I'm going to have to try something as I can't carry on like this, I'll have to prep meals too as work split shifts and don't always get time to get healthy meals, and I'm same Laura3101 im classed as over weight but my bmi is low enough, but since my 1st failed attempt I've let myself go abit 😬 Xx
I've managed to stay the same and had this great idea to lose weight but it never happened for me (so bad at sticking to it) prep is key though if I prep meals I stick to it 100%. I made a weekly meal planner (on my diet I have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, tea, snack!) and that was it's easier to follow xx
