I wanted to share some more good news from my previous post. During our first Ivf we were told my husband had poor sperm motility and a low number of normal forms. He has been taking wellman and proxeed and now has - quote " perfect sperm" so the stuff really worked for us and I hoped it might give someone in a similar situation some hope.

Poor sperm
Ah this is great news! My husband has been taking proxeed since October. He's just had his follow up sperm test and we get the results in a few weeks. Fingers crossed 🤞 it's improved his sperm too!! What's the next step for you now his sperm is better? Xx
Oh wow!! That's really amazing!! We're in the same boat, he has been on wellman tablets but what is proceed and where do you get that from? Xxx
Proxeed is a dissolvable powder he has in a drink. This is their website but we just bought the sachets from amazon. proxeedplus.com
can i ask how long was the time difference between your last ivf to his sperm sample now? my partners mobility is 2% and none were swimming from his sample bk in jan, she said that his were just "twitching" so it would be interesting to know what your partners were like and how long its taken to change his sperm.
but please dont feel you have to answer if you dont want to xxx
Hey. So his last test was back in July and he started taking the supplements properly just before xmas. And then had his test yesterday. He was taking supplements on and off after our failed ivf Aug last year but not methodically like he has been recently. From what I remember reading it takes 3 months to see any results from them
Wow!! That's amazing news, I'm off to buy some now!! Xxxx
thank you how long have you been TTC? x
We are now at 3 1/2 years
wow i have just ordered some so hope they improve his sperm for us x
Hey Lauren, when me and the wife started this journey, I was told to try Proxceed Plus, I personally felt I saw the difference. It does need to be given to the hubby for 3 months, I used to mix it with orange juice in the mornings. We then continued with other methods of acupunture and other fertility supplements. But for sure , it did make a difference. The reason for "3 months"
Is coz it takes 90 days to "generate" new swimmers
Hi, Totally agree, it does change. On our first cycle we was told my husbands sperm was low motility, he too started taking Wellmans conception and on our 2nd cycle we were told my husband count was high, so it definitely does work. Good luck x
I have been teaching F ertility awareness for 30 yrs .From My research low vitamin b12 can cause infertility in the male & female. A male with 20 million sperm supplemented with sublingual b12 resulting in over 100 million.Drs will not tell you this as they are not taught nutrition.I would be supplementing with zinc,Vit D,C & E.Good luck .I know this works as I have had success with clients.
Thank you for this. I am assuming then most of these vitamins can be found in supplements like wellman and proxceed?
Hi I have endometriosis but I'm very fertile. We have been ttc for 7 years. 18 months ago they decided to do sperm tests on my partner and alas they came back poor. He took vitamin c, e and zinc and 6 months later it was up to 38% which is classed as average. Since the last result 12 months ago he has stopped taking his supplements we had proceed but because he hated the taste he stopped taking it. I'm at a loss I don't ask him to much to give us a better chance of conceiving I don't put pressure on him but I feel like I'm giving up my chances of having a baby by staying because he won't put a bit of effort in. Any advice?x.x.
I don't think my husband is that keen on the taste either. Like somebody else has said if you mix it in a strong tasting drink like fresh orange juice that might help. I would say anything you can do to improve your chances is worth a go but you both need to be on the same page. I hope it all works out for you one way or another xx
My husband was considering wellman as his sperm results came back poor motility, morphology and low count. He'll want to give it a try now i'm sure. Thanks for posting this x
