Yesterday we had an amazing 9th week scan.Mini Bear is doing so well. He was wriggling around which they say is a good sign. He even gave us a wave. So cute. Heart beat 160 b/minute. Really truly wonderful.
Then today I had a voice message from the first nurse who did our treatment planning saying she was so sorry she'd missed me yesterday that she was so happy for my progress and that she was so sad she wouldn't see me again, as we discharged from Private sector back to the" lovely" NHS. She said she'd gotten a new job so even if I came to clinic with baby in a few months, she wouldn't be there. I was so touched to have that voice message so I will pop over and see her before she leaves.
We meet a lot of stupid and ignorant people on our journey but there are some special ones and nurse Beth definitely one of them. Sending love and positive to all the staff who made our dream possible ππβ€
